Scootek started from humble beginnings. We began with a great idea that combined our passions at the time: scooters and technology. Our idea was to deliver great IT support using scooters. We launched the business from our bedroom in 2005, starting out as a sole trader and gradually building a successful enterprise through creativity and hard work.
By developing a client-focused business model, growing and changing with the times and successfully adapting to fluctuating economic conditions, Scootek has now evolved into a successful company providing on-demand IT support to a wide array of clients across the UK.
We now specialise in providing on demand tech support to small business across the UK. We have integrated some the best remote support money can buy so that we deliver a support service that is second to none.
In our opinion the IT support market lacks transparency. So we have developed a service with published prices where customers know exactly what they are paying for. We allow our customers to choose what they wish to pay for. They can have no frills service or they can pay for the whole works.
