- By Web: support.scootek.co.uk (is our online Help Desk).
- By iPhone: You can download an iPhone App.
- By Instant Messanger: Skype/GoogleTalk (this is the least preferred method).
Our web based online helpdesk:
- Allows to track the number of tickets raised by you and your colleagues.
- See our responses to tickets.
- See how long we took to respond.
- Add tickets to our online knowledge base for customers.
- Customise it by adding your own photoes to your ID and creating forums.
- Access it through iPhone and BlackBerry (coming soon).
Our helpdesk is customisable and user friendly. However, the bottom line is you can monitor things and see the value you are getting from our service. It allows you to make assessment after year to understand if you are on the right package or if you should upgrade or downgrade.
