We are a small Architects practice. We choose Scootek to support our business critical computers. They have been amazing for us.
It is like having my own IT Department without the cost - We pay less than £25.00 per computer per month and this gives me an IT Department to call upon whenever we are having problems.
I have phoned the support desk a couple of times over IT issues I have always had the problem solved quickly and efficiently. This is the kind of support is essential and comforting for small businesses like us.
