Help Desk

Summary

Ideal for small businesses who want fast and efficient break-fix support on a budget. The Help Desk package provides remote IT support for a fixed monthly fee. It includes cover for maintenance and support issues. The support is through remote access, phone, email and chat facility.

What does it include?

The Help Desk package includes; remote and email support, unlimited online backup, Microsoft Exchange mailbox, free anti-virus, website hosting.

Support Desk

Summary

Support Desk includes all of the features of the Help Desk package, along with on-site support some extras which include pro-active monitoring and maintenance. The support is through remote access, phone, email, chat facility and on-site visits.

What does it include?

The Support Desk package includes; email support, remote support, telephone support and on-site support.

Please note all of our support packages can be customised to suit your business needs. Our IT support consultant will be able to advise you on measures you can take to customise and make your ideal pro-active or break fix maintenance contract.
