Switching to our IT Support Contract, Retainer Support or the Banked Time is easier than you think.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS: (ONLY STEP ONE)
Step 1 – Choose a support package that's right for you.
We tailor any support package to your exact requirements. We can meet you at your office (or at ours) absolutely FREE of charge and discuss your requirements.
Step 2 – Your dedicated Account Manager will then take over.
• contact you within 2 working days to begin the process
• contact your existing service provider
• we don’t make any changes unless you have specifically requested it
• arrange a fee-free first month free to help ensure the switch is as smooth as possible.
Step 3 – Inform you when the switch is complete.
You will contact you to let you know when the switch is complete. At that point you will be assigned a team of two primary engineers (depends on your organisation size) who will be your primary engineers. You Account Manager will remain the same to maintain consistency and familiarity.
We always hope to complete your support transfer within 2 days provided there are no unexpected delays.
