This means that we are fully trained and supported by Microsoft, and we meet the criteria’s required for Microsoft to officially certify Scootek as IT support experts you can trust. Our helpdesk is the core of our IT support system. If you ever need to contact us for any IT support needs, the help desk will be the first place to look.
